Please consult with your OpenID Provider help pages if you're having problems with their services.

If you are able to logon with your OpenID Provider but you're still not able to logon with itaggz.com, please ensure the following conditions are met:

• Your browser supports cookies and accepts cookies from both iTaggz.com and your OpenID Provider
• Ensure that you logon with your OpenID Provider BEFORE you attempt to logon with iTaggz.com
• After you have logged on with your OpenID Provider, do NOT close your browser window. Instead go directly to iTaggz.com
• Review the list of OpenID Providers to ensure your Provider is not on the list of unsupported Providers

If all of these conditions are met and you still experience problems, please contact us.
